With the continuous advancement of technology, machine learning and large language models(LLM) are becoming increasingly widespread in their application within the semiconductor manufacturing industry.
This lecture will explore how machine learning and LLM can optimize the semiconductor manufacturing process, reduce costs and increase efficiency, as well as improve yield.
