Abstract:
As a leading IC EDA software and wafer-level electrical test equipment supplier, Semitronix has been focusing on the DFM field in recent years. In response to the increasingly severe yield challenges in advanced chip process development, we have developed a DFM tool platform that bridges the gap between design and manufacturing, enabling closed-loop co-optimization of design and production. This presentation will showcase the key features of the Semitronix DFM platform and explain how this platform enable customers to achieve a yield leap.
