Speaker: Bhusan Gupta

Bhusan Gupta is a Hardware Architect at JITX, where he plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between hardware and software design. With a comprehensive background encompassing chip design, PCBs, and firmware, Bhusan brings a holistic perspective to board design. His experience enables him to contribute to the development of JITX which streamlines the hardware design process. He has worked for a number of startups in Silicon Valley as well as IDT and STMicro. Bhusan holds a Ph.D. in EE from the California Institute of Technology and a B.S. from the University of California, Berkeley.

Speaker: Kenneth Chang

Kenneth is Chief of Staff at JITX based in California. He started as a R&D engineer at semiconductor companies.
He is an EDA veteran and worked at Cadence, Synopsys, and Altair. Most recently, Kenneth worked at Amazon AWS cloud managing HPC companies including Synopsys, Siemens, Ansys, IBM and Univa.

Subject 1: Designing PCBs faster and better with JITX's E Next-Gen EDA Tool: An Introduction and Update

Abstract: PCB engineers need EDA tools that help them create designs faster, with higher quality (including smaller PCB and less stackup layers), and cheaper. The challenges that PCB engineers face include: 'How do I re-use my design for future designs so I can do less work', and 'After I finish my design, when I make changes, how I can I do incremental work, instead of doing the work all over again', and, 'How do I make sure that I can route my difficult DDR (high speed interface) design, I am worried I cannot meet my skew requirements. And if I need to change a DDR signal after I route it, I am afraid that I will have the do the work all over again.' and, 'How can I meet my project schedule when I have to do so many PCB design trials and I don't have enough time to try every different scenario, and number of PCB layers I can use?' In this presentation, we will learn how to take care of these common engineer pain questions and more. At the end of this presentation, you will learn how to design PCBs faster and easier, and re-use past designs easier.

Intended Attendees: Business Product Line Owners, VPs of Engineering, Sales and Field Engineering teams, Directors, Managers and PCB engineers and architects

Target Audience: Executive VP/Directors of Business Units, Project/Program Managers, Product Marketing, System Architects, Package Design Engineers, PCB Designers, IC Engineers working with PCB and Package Engineers on system design including high speed interface closure (example: DDR, PCIE, Ethernet, UCIe)

Subject 2: Accelerating Product Development: Fast-Turn, High-Mix Advanced PCB Design for ODMs using JITX

Abstract: As AI, 5G, and edge devices push hardware complexity higher, Taiwan’s ODMs face intense pressure to deliver fast-turn, high-mix PCB designs with minimal risk.
This talk introduces a JITX-powered workflow that accelerates advanced PCB development through a code-driven design methodology. By reusing verified design libraries, automating layout and constraint enforcement, and integrating manufacturability from the start, JITX enables engineering teams to cut time-to-market by over 50%. Learn how to streamline iteration, improve design consistency, and scale expertise across projects—all while meeting the demands of next-generation electronics.

Target Audience: Business Product Line Owners, VPs of Engineering, Sales and Field Engineering teams, Directors, Managers and PCB engineers and architects will be provided.
